By downloading, installing, or using CellarWise ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Account Registration
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use CellarWise only for its intended purpose: managing your personal wine collection. You may not:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the App's operation
- Resell or redistribute the App or its data
Subscription and Billing
Free Tier
CellarWise offers a free tier that allows you to track up to 25 bottles with basic features.
Premium Tier
Premium subscriptions are available at $4.99/month or $39/year. Premium includes unlimited bottles, full drinking window intelligence, portfolio analytics, and push notification alerts.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies.
Intellectual Property
CellarWise, its logo, design, and content are the property of CellarWise and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The wine data in your cellar belongs to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CellarWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Drinking window predictions are estimates based on general wine aging principles and AI analysis — they are not guarantees. Always use your own judgment when deciding when to open a bottle.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CellarWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where CellarWise is headquartered.
